This bucket hat was made for my accessory design class. For this wearable accessory I chose to use denim and play with texture and color through fabric manipulation. The video below shows my process of creating this double sided beaded denim bucket hat.

This hat was an iteration of bucket hat 1. Moving forward the goal was to add an element of kinesthetics and sound into the piece. The use of vinyl made it waterproof and the beads sandwiched in between the two different gages of vinyl made it sound like rain when worn.
